nah, no secrets in the airbrush community - look up friskets and masks. plus it really Really helps to be a truly talented professional airbrush portraiture artist. ;)

over the years, there have been more than a few airbrush artists who've displayed their incredibly life-like detailed plug work here in this forum and elsewhere. the kinda plugs you'd probably cringe at tying onto a leader and casting into the briny suds. heck, i know i would!

imho, intricately painted plugs catch fishermen and aren't at all a requirement for catching fish. they sure do look freakin' awesome, though!

full disclosure - though i swing a nice airbrush for finishing guitars and plugs, all of these plugs were airbrushed by a real professional, gerd dagne. this was super easy stuff for him, as it should be. i'm turning more plugs and he's going to go "all out" on some. i'll post 'em when they're done. i like plug eye candy, too. catches me all the time. :)
