Default Re: Striper Fishing - Saco or Scarborough Rivers

Thanks! Fishing in Maine is fun.

A week ago Saturday caught 7 schoolies on the incoming tide tossing sea worms. Biggest approached 18". Fun none the less.

Last Saturday fished outgoing tide caught 5 schoolies biggest 16".

Ran out of worms so switched to chunk herring and had two bites but didn't connect.

Do you let them have the bait for a little bit or raise the tip right away?

Any suggestions on chunks?
