a situation that says act on it or the govt will mess it up; maybe a concerned effort between a group of serious surf guys and local law enforcement will get the message to them; a "large" group of surf guys; had this with the beach club in Sea Bright where the owner keeps the parking lot open for us...the group has had a number of conversations with the guys who mess it up that he doesn't need to let us fish there; citizen action as a group with police behind you

We can displace them from one beach to another...... the problem will not go away. Find out who they vote for and vote for the other person!

Beach front condos have become a threat to access. They are a big block of voters in one place and get the politicians' ear.

Bottom line is that there a lot of pigs nowadays. Not just so-called anglers but in general. Unfortunately, the pigs are causing general anglers to lose access. Not to mention the poaching that has and will go on because of the general anything goes mentality with pigs.

Like a lot of problems these days, it just requires the enforcement of existing laws, not more laws that inhibit the rights of good citizens.

Maybe there's some "pig" on both sides.

Property owners have a tendency to want their neighborhood beaches to be THEIR beaches. Bad behavior by a few delivers them righteous appearing dressing for their real goal of access restriction.

Oh I don?t exonerate property owners who want a ?private? beach either, but trashing up places have caused even Atlantic City to close off some good back bay access spots.
