Default Brigantine Beach Driving Class

I think these get filled quickly, and we sure know there are plenty of Brigantine drivers who need help (though it's mostly those *without* 4x4's )

About the only thing I'd really like to learn is how to properly use a snatch rope. I suppose youtube videos are out there, but some guidance from an expert would make me feel more secure, should I ever really need to use it.

There's a class at IBSP the next day, April 28. njbba.org for info.

Doug at Brigantine demonstrates how to use a snatch strap.

Strangely enough, on the way home from work yesterday, I witnessed a van pull a full size suv out of a ditch with a snatch strap

Lady looked to be pulling out of the driveway ( I'm guessing it was not hers, maybe a visitor? I would hope) and cut the corner too sharp and her right rear wheel framed the back of the truck in a drainage ditch. It apparently only being two wheel drive without positraction, that wheel was spinning as the van pulled her up and out onto solid ground.
