Any one use open office. The spell check underlines everything with the squiggly red line then has no suggestions to what to change to.
I have another computer with it & spell check isn't a problem, have compared the settings all the same. I've been through the forums and did all the suggestions including uninstall and reinstalled it.
Deleted the dictionary extension and reinstalled it worked, but once you close the program it goes back to its old habits. The only way I can get it to work is open it up, remove the extension, add it back in then its fine again. This will not work if you do anything else first or open a file direct
Guess, just venting and hoping someone reads this had the problem and fixed it, otherwise I have a MS Office 97 disk.
