one thing I was totally wrong about was questioning the signing of Reyes....boy was I bad on that one; he has been terrific; just what we needed; maybe the return to NY was good for him...certainly was good for the team; today first pitch leadoff HR

DeGrome down season over will go under the knife ... I'll say it again Grandy is their best player.

Yanks Org looks pretty 2nd rated ...as they were so close ....could have used those professional arms . Pulled the plug too early .

Had a f ree O seats in the Tampa series behind the plate. I did not realize ( watching TV ) that Castro is a solid build player while standing next to Sanchez
.
Tex & Mc 7 & 8th in the line up ?

if interested NJ's Tommy La Stella is back w/ the Cubs on the 40

Well after trading the arms, the rest of the season was really an extended "tryout" for next year. Winning was just a bonus.

Grandy has been very good for a long time, knows how to contribute no matter what

amazing; Harvey out; Matz hurt; DeGrom hurt (I want a hair hat); Wheeler not back; and the Team is tied for the wild card; Lugo and Gsellman been terrific; TJ Rivera looks like a hitter (early I know); overall, the strength of this Team was the young pitching and it has been hurt and we are here.....thank you Bartolo

you can't compare the Sox to the Yanks this year, except to say that the Sox org "got" how to build a team in the two-oh-teens a lot quicker than the Yanks did.

The Sox have 5 players with 70 or more RBIs

The Yankees don't have a single player with 70.

Plus you have the juice dude there, so they clearly have better docs.

Juice dude... 1/4 of the MLB were tested + How many they don't want to test is the question , juice / roids it's been around since the 40's maybe earlier in international sports . It can't be judged on fairness as long as there is a betting line . It's the only sport with its own fan song ! That's the best part

I thought the move was OK; young pitcher gave you a start but this isn't June where you can let him lose it and give up a few runs; need to win
