hit seaside area today early; nothing until mid outgoing in Lavalette; just walking the beach for blocks; blues were moving really fast; most were 10-15in with a few bigger ones mixed in; couple of minutes and another group would move through with birds on them; was great to be on the beach in morning casting into the wash.....getting ready

Got out Sunday and like a jackass rookie stood on a sandbar a little to long and on the way back in my tackle bag apparently opened and my container of lures etc as well as some other small stuff apparently floated away. If anyone happens to find and would care to return I would gladly donate a few bucks and or IPA’s. Fishing was in the back of nomoco

Finally got the boat back out Sunday evening looking for some weakfish.

Three of us ended up landing 24 (actual count) between 16-27.5" before calling it a night and it felt like we dropped just as many.

We had a couple of triple headers but it's hard to take pictures of them when there is only three of us.

Two of us plugged North Mon Co. from 4am til 7am not a tap. Others fishing also drew a blank. Bait with birds working still no action. Hit a couple of spots heading south also nothing. Did see fish busting out of range with one boat closer in getting fish.

Just a FYI for all you wknd warriors that go to the hook. Iron man competition usually the first Sunday in oct. Either get there before 4 am and stay late or stay away!!! Unless your competing that is. The personal will route you with the traffic weather fishing or not, it will take 2 hrs to park at north beach, and forget about leaving during the competition that ain't happening.

Short trip in the back with one daughter today, slow, tide was late maybe because of the wind and full moon and wit h that wind couldn't hit a few places that might have been more productive.

A short tog, a few sea bass and rounded it off with a decent sized

....

.....

Oyster cracker LOL ( actually had a couple )

Small blues were working all over the back if you wanted to go for them.... I didn't ( this time)

Nice day rounded off with a Mahi Reuben sandwich at Stewart's, celebrating my wife's birthday
