I'm afraid so, but good news is it won't last.

However, the shot of additional cold snowmelt wont help getting the inshore moving ( though given the herring are in, some bigger bass are there with them... just sayin)

If this pattern doesn't break we'll keep having these cold shots, not necessarily snow, but cold, wet, 10+ deg below avg. We've been on basically the same freight train line for 5 weeks.

Rob, I think it's safe to say so far the Farmers Almanac has been way off so far. It was predicting above average temps in the winter for Florida and NJ. January and March were way below average in FL, in fact some of the coldest temps ever. Same with the whole mid atlantic/ Northeast.
