Rob, I tried your pink, and a little Cabernet to go with it.

My first attempt at using dubbing, threw in a mix of SF Blend.

Yes it is, I have ccg and some bug bond. JB showed me some selarze that looks good, but when I found out that ccg was going out of business I grabbed a few bottles.

ccg, LOL I was just searching for that when I re-read "going out of business"

http://www.castingtales.com/epoxy-sh...ur-gel-review/

For the first time I tried, and liked, Loon U/V head coating, both thin for the undercoat, and thick for the top coat. Good stuff, easy to work with.

It sounds like Clear Cure Goo from the pattern above. No smell, just coat and then hit with UV light.

Try it when you run out of CCG.

Hair thinning sheers works quite well on those fiber presentations to thin out .

FYI I just to use epoxy or hard head for my flies until the fly would hit the rod tip frequently and put me out of the game

Looks like the signs of spring are approaching us.
Jim, I've been patiently waiting to throw that pencil you gave me and today's the day and I couldn't get off of work. not that I expected much to come of the March 1st opening but just to be out there makes it all that much greater
Heading down to Florida next week for 12 days visit the in-laws and play with the peacock bass. that's such a fun fish to catch I sure wish New Jersey waters could sustain them. Makes a 5 lb smallmouth bass seem like you caught a guppy.
I'll do my best to post some pictures up but this site in for whatever reason is very temperamental for me and pictures.
Once I return probably start doing a couple of scouting trips

Got a new puppy so I've been not sleeping, cleaning up "accidents" and saying NO a lot!
