It was about 72degrees inside at the Fishing Show in Edison yesterday. Picked up some ridiculously expensive pork rinds. Apparently, Uncle Josh stopped making them so ....

yesterday got 6-7 schoolies in the 22-26 in range on plastics; surprised by 2 fluke in the wash...one hit 17 in,,,and then the 8-10 lb blues arrived and kept me busy for half an hour; was great fun....then I woke up

Got out before the flood last night. 3 shorts on the small MD. Bunker still around.

Yeah they're a great little early spring plug. Yesterday it was white, few days ago Hemi out fished me using gold

Call of the wild came to me today and had to go. First trip of the season. 5 bass biggest at 18"...all the rest were 16 and 17. Littlest taps were all you felt before the hook set. Swung and missed on a dozen extras. Bunker busting everywhere. Snagged three that were almost the size of the bass I was catching and one of them was hooked in the lip like he wanted my bait. I was all alone and it felt great to be back out. I didn't chase any of the December rats so for me its been over 4 months

way to get out! I'm still amazed about the bunker being in.

I'm going to stop and look for herring next week(no not to fish for them), since they're such a key indicator down here of keeper bass, and just out of curiosity.
