Read it years go...will have to revisit. I love the idea of incentivising them, gives them a chance to own it, as in responsibility. As for pooling the bonuses, that's just smart. My wife used to bonus our three when they were in against some loud mouth's kids. Poor kids never knew that sweet little Deirdre was making $20 to hammer them in a mile or X-Country run.

There had to be incentives for the kids because 75 straight nights of surfcasting gets old fast. When it was slow we left them behind to sleep but when it got blitzy we needed them to fill the boxes. Keep in mind that just when we were finishing up our paying for our tuitions, we had four to put through college. "Once poor never rich."

Rich can come in several forms...I would venture a guess you are rich.

Depends on how you define rich. I retired in my early 50s; I have a great wife. Secret is to stay married and never borrow money. On the other hand my health needs a lot of work. My heart is AFU, had a double bypass and have a bio-aortic valve that was taken from a cow. No green bananas for Mister Smarty.
