The funniest comment to date was "cleatgate 2017".

And it's spelled cleat, lol.

Alright, you guys got me, the fish was only 12.5" long.

Oh I am, not going anywhere near them, had my butt kicked too many times on them to roll the dice on resident bass, besides the mullet run has been a dud so far and Bay's got me all worked up seeing his weakies!

Moco Outfront 9A-12P. Strong north wind moderate swell with waist high breakers. Many of the holes filled in by new sand. Saw small blues and hickory shad being caught, but no luck while buck tailing and using a swim shad also. No albies observed.

Moco Outfront 3p- 5p. Dropping tide with waist high swell and vey little white water. Casting metal and a homered spoon. Caught one small fluke in the trough. The water was very warm and perfect for wading. I walked two miles of beach looking for swim bait, but none observed.

My 3rd weekend in a row up there; going to make it 4 in a row?

Fishing was hot on Saturday and slow on Sunday.
Bonus steelhead on this trip.

Crowds aren't an issue if you're willing to hike a mile or two through the woods!

Happy Birthday BERNIE, (Giacommin) my cuz. It was at least 53 years ago when you brought me out to the hook for the first times. And to sill be able to bring me out to the hook at your age still makes my day. Enjoy your day, see you up here soon.
