Default Muddy bottoms?

Does anyone know where I might find a place with muddy bottom on the bay side of Seaside? I'm going to IBSP tomorrow to see what's happening and thought I'd try the bay for whatever is biting if the beach is dead. I have a couple places in mind, but would welcome any suggestions. Thanks!

Jess's advice is sound.

The rest of us are making, uh, "senior citizen" jokes (if ya don't know, then don't ask)
