stopped at my favorite tidal creek at high tide, saw bait jumping and tried but no luck, assuming its just snappers. then the fun started with about 6 people to my left bait fishing and 3 more casting/wading and then, I'm sorry not sorry if its you, but this jack@ss gets in an inflatable type boat with a motor and plows through everyone up the creek. goes out where the kayaks are then circles back to the mouth of the creek and runs through all of the bait lines and gets tangled.

Did you ever hear he story about the lady who had dropped her car keys one evening and was slowly pacing back and forth around a street lamp. A guy came up to her and asked if he might help. "Where did you last have them, do you recall?" he asked. "Why, over yonder by my car." she replied. "Then why are you looking over here!?" "Oh, because the light's much better!"

Yesterday I went over to try around IBSP where the water was clear and lovely, but noticeably lacking in fish.

Next week back to RB!

x2 on gliders for me...

actually fished at lunchtime yesterday, got out worm dunkin' and fly slingin at a local stocked mudhole (Laurel Acres Park).

2 good sized cats on the worms, 1 trout hooked but not landed (was flinging flies and apparently trout don't hook themselves as easily as big mouthed cats)

got my first fish of the year on the fly: a trusty little sunfish.

LOL just thinking of this compared to the BBB's+DLBI++ gang up at RB

An act of god to find one. Some sink faster then others, and weave(glide) wider then others. RG glider is one that comes to mind nice wide weave back and forth and didn?t sink to fast, good for shallow water.

Wouldn't know about that one

Couple I like/use: MH4, Surf Asylum and Scabelly. I have a couple depalma's, they have very nice action but the paint cracked and fell off after a couple fish. Like Bay said, they all have different swim pattern, sink rate and come 3"to 6".
