Lewes, DE Togging Trip

Due to a cancelled trip last SAT, rescheduled for this SAT (2/18) three spots are available on the Karen Sue charter. It is a 34' foot boat that comfortably handles 5 anglers. Trip cost is $159 each. If interested, contact me @ kearneyfamily@optonline.net, or reply here. This boat is reknown to produce LOTS of big tog, a buddy's trip resulted in 10 fish over 10 pounds a few weeks back. Possible carpool leaving Jackson at 3:00am same day. Scotty

Our trip coordinator has dropped the price to $130 each if he can get 6 guys. Includes tip and greenies. Scotty

They've been doing quite well there. Alot of big fish and sometimes drop-n-reel type fishing.

Can't make it but hopefully someone will jump at the chance to fish there

Our charter ended up with four guys. First drop was wind against tide in 35' of water; tough time holding over the wreck, but about 10 fish were boxed. Nex we moved to a spot about 12 miles out. We were able to limit the boat out by 12:30 and had a nice ride back in the snow. About 1/2 the fish were over 5 lbs, with one 10#, two 9# and a lot between 6 and 8.

Glad to hear you had a good trip... Wish I could have gone but work comes first.... In the "off-season" that is!

Something tells me Scotty does not have an "off season".

This time of year its really tough. Not too many party boats going out midweek (my favorite time); especially at nite LOL. Stripers should be here in about a month, then we do it all over again . Scotty

"Pre Season" starts for me in 2 weeks when I will be getting everything out of storage and organizing all my stuff again for the upcomming season. The "season" will probally start for me somewhere between 3/19 and 3/26... Probally gonna start later than sooner but we'll see what the weather turns out to be closer to that date...

I already have my freshwater license and can't wait for my trip to PA for trout..

I'm dying to get back out on the water!!!
