Joe if its not too much to ask it would be quite helpful to me if you listed the items you used for this build. I can't seem to drum up a list of all the stuff I would need to get started on a bulid myself, I know where to get the stuff but thats it.

Believe it or not, not allot..

Blank, guides, reel seat, cork tape, butt cap, a few winding checks ( to end things and make look neater) A thread for under wrap and female end of tip section, I used D thread for over wraps, (not necessary but easier to work with), tip top, and finish. Thats all she wrote...

Its really not hard to do, at times tedious but, you work through it. I am not the best winder but I will tell you, when you apply finish, I used ThreadMaster light, it covers allot of goof ups, which I really didn't make allot.

Now it will cure for 3 or 4 days and this weekend I will RE-test cast it.

Thanks Joe very helpful...I used to tie some pretty intricate flys so I think I'm capable however thinking about the potential mountain of stuff I'd have to buy always stopped me (that budget always went towards gear anyways). Now I have no excuse!
