No, there's loads more meat on a ray. Some of those that were bumping into me at IBSP were easy 20 pounds and you'd probably get 8 or 10 pounds of filet off one of them. I've seen very informative You Tube videos on "how to dress a ray."
Just remember to take their barb spike off immediately with pliers.
