Best of all most fish hit my custom Blurple swimmer (5) and 2 came on my hand tied blurple teaser.
Great night, must of felt rewarding on your own hand made creations. Congrats!

You got 4 of the Killer B's fishing together tonight, the stocks could be decimated .

Work injury. 4 fractures in my left wrist and my back/neck a little messed up too. Getting better though, it's been 2 months now. It sucks getting hurt, it sucks even more when it effects your favorite pass time. Was looking forward all year to these past few weeks to LAND my first surf albie and get my first deer, figures those are the very same weeks im out of commission LOL. I been reading all your reports religiously though. Keep up the great reports & post pics, fish or no fish. Tight lines everyone!

Bunka...best wishes for a quick comeback. Hit the beaches from Seaside to Pt Pleasant this am; nada for everyone but 3-4 2-3 lb blues randomly reported; try again tomorrow

Clamming yesterday, 7 dozen many sizes.

Togging today, loaded up with ... shorts. Had a friend out and we had some pilot errors.

He had 2 come unbuttoned that likely were "the ones", one was a "snag" that started moving... one of those.

I tied up 6 leaders this morning, 3 of those broke off.... that spool of line is being thrown out, 30 lb berkeley that was just c**p. Not that old and never left out in daylilght but geez... I had 2 good fish on that broke at the leader, and I've been doing this a long time, it was not knot-pulls.

At any rate, we fed the rest of the 13"-ers and smaller very well, so they can all grow bigger for other anglers' hooks.

Beautiful afternoons out both days, just had to play hooky from work and enjoy the weather.

out today from Sea Bright to IBSP; from 6am to 6pm; tons of bait everywhere; bunker and billions of rain fish; very few fish to be seen until Seaside at dusk; small blues in good numbers and a couple of bass (not by me); I had the blues but there is actually too much bait; but better than no bait
