Re: Recent transplant
Stripers are all around you in Salem, dry Devereux fish in Marblehead, find some rocks and throw some herring chunks over there. I hear the fish are starting to roll in, so fishing should pick up every week. If you drive along rt 127 heading toward gloucester, there are a number of spots. You could also try casting off the rocks to the right of the pier at the salem willows, i haven't had much luck there, but i've seen other take fish from that spot. Your river success last year was typical of river fishing around here, many sub-legal fish, tough to find keepers swimming in the rivers, need to get really lucky. Tight lines.
