donhans, ya gotta keep up with Joisey. It's a special experimental reg, only for yous IBSP surf anglers!

BTW, any data or reports how that is working? From anyone here, or anecdotally from the local shops?

Yeah, I'm in Howell, and I only get down to IBSP once a year or so. Just seems like a strange thing to have a different reg in one section of the state. But that's Joisey!
