I have some family that live on the Vineyard and I've done some fishing there before. It's probably a shade early for any meaningful striper fishing. I doubt the blues are there quite yet. And you wouldn't see Bonito or Albies to speak of until late summer or fall. Shouldn't be too long for the bass. I would expect them on the North shore (Cape Ann) in about 5-6 weeks maybe less.

The first stripers tend to show up on the Cape and Vineyard in mid April and it gets more and more consistent into May. Bluefish show up later than the stripers, and the Bonito and False Albacore start to arrive in late July. I have had good fishing in June, and am planning to try up there in May if I can. There are guys who live up there who catch fish in March, but I think they are mostly hold overs rather than migratory fish.
