+1 for being jealous.

#1 of the fish, #2 of shorts & t-shirt weather

You picked a great week to go.

I just checked water temps in the Delaware River in Trenton. They hover between 32F and 34F. The American Shad on their way upriver are considering heading back to the North Sea for awhile to warm up, I think.

I've posted Atlantic City temps over at: http://stripersurf.com/forums/showth...46#post2427746

They are almost a month away from up here (Delaware Water Gap). I can't wait! My spring tradition, with the added advantage of a Shad roe breakfast! I have a great recipe if anyone is interested...

Personally when the big blues are around the teasers come in.
They can cut through 80lb mono with no problem. Also if you have a blue on a teaser and he bites you off you can kiss the lure on the end good bye as well.

This may be naive, but have you ever thought about using flexible wire for the teaser dropper?

Show me a pic, I can't picture this. 30lb Fluor on a twisted dropper is just fine for me
