A friend and myself are planning to trek to the place that fishin legends are made of: MV
for the first time. The only thing we do know about MV is what people who have fished there have told us. So we think that it will be like what heaven will be like when we get there. You know big bass rollin' over schools of bunker, 10 yards off the beach, just lying there waiting for an offering.
We need a reality check, we need the low down. Is it as good as everyone says it is? So, where do we start, is one place as good as the next? Should we hire a guide the first time or two through? What size equipment will we need for plugging, which will be our primary angle? Will finding a place to stay be difficult? What else should we know or prepare for? Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated, and you will be glad to know the your beaches and fish will be well respected.
