holdovers or fresh?

I don't mean to but in and answer the question for the man, but I would say that it is almost 100 percent likely that they are holdovers. The closest the migrating fish are is around Matunuck, Rhode Island and maybe a little bit north of there. All small schoolies, the largest being in the upper twenties
