NY Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe will beat him but a huge portion of the public will stop buying newspapers when the smoke clears and news, as we know it, will be history. Already public confidence is flagging. No one in my neighborhood subscribes to a newspaper.
They don't subscribe to a newspapers because of the Internet, period. Stop trying to spread BS.

Again, and I did not vote for him, I voted against Hillary, Trump has a point about fake news. Reporters need the copy.
No, I think Fox News is holier than thou. Because surely everything they report is based on facts. So what does voting against someone accomplish? Maybe helping the other candidate, but thereby letting you save face and say you didn?t vote for said candidate?

Next round it will be the conservatives who carry placards "He/she is not my president."

I did not vote for Obama but when my choice lost I did not smash any store fronts. Those other bastards did! We have become a third world country.
They didn?t need placards Frank, they had him hung in a noose in effigy.

My wife and I don't read the papers because we don't trust them. I like to read when having a dump so I read fishing and hunting mags. I read Readers Digest in the woods because deer stand can be boring but I read it to laugh at its triviality and because it fits in my back pocket. Sometimes crap reading can be entertaining for a genuine author -- me.
Newsflash, there?s always been a divide between race, politics and gender.

Here are some actual facts from the news media:
Over 2,300 innocent children have been separated from their parents and held in cages in an abandoned Walmart. The WH is justifying this by using biblical passages. The person who can stop it all is doing nothing because he is using said children as pawns to get his wall. Along with the United States of America there was another country who mandated patriotism and separated children from their families, Nazi Germany.

Cages......Nazi Germany?????

Have you heard about this affliction? You are exhibiting all the symptoms. Hang in there until at least 2024.

I am on the decent side of history. Koko the gorilla passed today at 46 yrs old. She could express empathy, understand over 1,000 signs and 100 words using sign language and had an IQ between 75-95 , far outpassing most Trump supporters, not to mention Trump himself.

More fake news........this time it's Time magazine with a picture on the cover of a little girl crying... with Trump towering over her....all fake....fact is child in photo was never seperated from her mom who was at her side when photo was taken. Time has an agenda and does not care if facts are distorted.

A good friend and I fish a spot where the dunes are roped off for the protection of piping plovers. As we made the hike back to our vehicle, away from the roped off area,
we were being "dive-bombed" by dozens of them even though we were walking at the waters edge. As I waved my fishing rod at them to keep them at bay...my friend joked what a great picture that would make for the local press, with the caption.....
"Angry fishermen attacks endangered species"

That is what the press would have done had any of them seen you. Animal protection is a popular press subject. I'll tell you, more and more people have come to understanding, and resultantly, accepting that the press spins stories. They will order a tomato and lettuce sandwich then bitch when there is no bacon in it. The Boston Globe gets smaller and smaller. And the Herald can't find a buyer.

The Globe has suspended Kevin Cullen for a short period but I will bet he does not come back because they won't let him back. The papers are failing because the public has lost trust in them.

I just talked to an old friend at the Super Market and he says the newspapers are a joke. They are so overwhelmed with anti-Trump sentiment that they have lost their ability to present the news accurately. In some ways they are making Trump a hero because of their slanted presentation of the news. I hope the buggars never change because their behavior about guarantees the reelection of Trump. In a vicarious way I kind of hope they put Hillary up there again as a candidate. I love seeing the Presidential genderization go down in flames.

Touchy thread going on, but those 2,300 separated kids are not all arrived with their parents. And this program / law / policy...whatever it actually is has been going on for 20 years and until the liberal press at the behest of our Democratic Party started to highlight it to hurt Trump, no one gave a shite. No Democrat, no Agency, no Newspapers, no TV Networks. That's the sad part..and at least Trump, intentionally or not, regardless of his intentions is bringing more attention to it than all of them.

To say nothing about Sara Huckerby getting kicked out of a Red Hen Swill joint for being a presidential aid. The press will go over, and over, and over, and over the separation of families but they don't want to talk about the senseless open hostility of toward a person who isjust doing a job for the wrong party.

I believe to my core that the Dems are creating an even more hostile environment for them to survive. Sure, the Dems have Boson, NY, but they have ZERO chance of re-election because the Dems and their press are on the wrong side of justice. These days I read the Globe, which is reprints of Washington Post and NY Times, more for entertainment. Industrial Grade, world class puke.
