That article was dated a year ago.
I do believe we have people fighting that and have won some small battles.
I didn't listen to all the BS at our last meeting but I got the gist that it is not something we should worry about.
Especially with the SW license coming.
The way I hear it is that they can't have their cake and eat it too.

I suspect that the most important aspect of bass population is what happens in the spawning rivers. That is a crap shoot, like most other reproductive results determined by conditions.
