Default Stolen Gear

A friend of mines buddy had his truck and all of his gear stolen yesterday. Mostly mid-high end tuna gear: Shimano sargosas, trinidads, talicas, etc. Roughly 10-15 setups and all his tackle. Oh and worst of all his dog was in the truck and they took him too. Bastard theives. This happened up near hazlet I am told. If anyone happens to be browsing the sites and happens to see anyone hawking relatively new gear as described let me know. Thanks for the help.

I'd be checking the local pound for the dog.

I'm thinking they just let him loose rather then take him.

a couple of weeks back my sons dog got out. He had just moved, and the dog was out loose (collar but no tag) with a friend's dog (who already lived there). Both dogs took off while my son was at work and the friend let them out. The friend's dog came back next morning, my son's no where to be found. Checked with police, pounds etc etc Nada

Desperate he put up wanted posters *everywhere* and "the last place" furthest away, resulted in someone seeing it, calling him and returning the dog.

So if they released the dog, it could have been picked up by a stranger, would up in a pound/spca.

What kind of dog? my wife is always scanning the animal shelters so a pic would help.
Taking the dog was horrible. I hope he gets him back.
