I don't remember any other time when both AFC and NFC playoff games were on the same day. Usually they switch them up. Sat: AFC early. NFC late. Sun: NFC early. AFC late, for example. Might have happened before but I thought they always had one game from each conference on each day. Then again they always used Roman numerals for the SB. Maybe Jerry Jones owns the rights to "D".

Super Bowl 50 will be played at the new San Francisco 49ers' home, Levi's Stadium, on Feb. 7, 2016.
Now if there is anyone out there that is disappointed by this move, for whatever reason, the good news is that once this Super Bowl has been played out, the league will be going back to using the Roman numerals."

Guess they didn't want to be a bunch of "L"osers

Pretty much so.

Are you saying maybe soon he'll have to resort to selling razors.

Anywho, looking forward to this afternoon.

Oh, yeah, "L". "D" must be 500. My Roman is a little rusty.

unbelievable Bengals performance last night; don't protect the ball with under 2 min to play; just go down and hold on, the extra yard means nothing; then amazingly stupid penalties to give the Steelers a field goal; where is the Team leadership???; amazing to see alleged professionals play so stupid and selfish

Yah, The bengals beat the bengals. My QB, RB, and WR are hurt. I might have a better chance with the Powerball.

Thumbs down Re: 2015 NFL Thread

I was very disappointed with the fans behavior.
Throwing water bottles at the players on the field, cheering when Ben got hurt.
And now from what I have read, all the assaults that took place including peeing on someone.
You could tell the Steelers were concerned for there safety after the game was over.

I feel bad for him, 27 yards, a kick that was heard around the nation. I though, like just about all others, Hawks were out, you cant miss that kick..

'98. Gary Anderson. As soon as the announcer said that he was the only kicker in the league who was perfect on FG and PAT all year he missed the kick. Vikings were loaded that year. Falcons won the game and went to SB. OT, I think.

the announcer jinx

I think all announcers secretly hope for a FAIL whenever they give a stat like that.
