Trump: I 'Regret' Some of the Remarks I've Made

Donald Trump Thursday expressed "regret" over some of the incendiary remarks he has made during the presidential campaign ? vowing in North Carolina to "offer the American people a new future of honesty, justice, and opportunity."

"Sometimes, in the heat of debate, and speaking on a multitude of issues, you don't choose the right words or you say the wrong thing," Trump told a cheering crowd at the Charlotte Convention Center. "And, believe it or not, I regret it.

"I do regret it, particularly where it may have caused personal pain," Trump said. "Too much is at stake for us to be consumed with these issues.

"But one thing I can promise you is this: I will always tell you the truth."

Throughout the campaign, Trump has slammed Hispanics, women and other groups.

He has accused a federal judge of not being objective in hearing a lawsuit against Trump University because of his Hispanic heritage ? and slammed the parents of a Muslim Army captain who died in Iraq.

These comments have caused Trump's poll ratings to plunge, driving donations and endorsements from the Republican presidential nominee.

Trump's speech was his first since a major shake-up in which Breitbart News executive chairman Stephen Bannon as chief executive of his election effort and promoted pollster Kellyanne Conway to campaign manager.

"I speak the truth for all of you and for everyone in this country who doesn't have a voice, of which there are many," Trump said. "I speak the truth on behalf of the factory worker who lost his or her job ? and that's happening more and more in our country.

"I speak the truth on behalf of the veteran who has been denied the medical care they need and the medical care they deserve and so many are not making it.

"But they're going to make it if Trump becomes president," he said.

I decided to make the call & leave you guys for a couple of weeks to fish until my shoulder falls off . Being out of the country I usually turn things off .

What specifically did he apologize for or was it just a general apology to cover the period from the day he announced his candidacy? Kind of like the going to Confession and saying,...

"Bless me Father for I have sinned but I don't have the time to be specific"

My favorite this week is his announcements in front of "Yuge" white crowds about helping African Americans. Not forgetting he refused EVERY invitation to address major groups like the NAACP.

Now he says "What have you got to lose"? Is this guy a XXXXing idiot or what?

Bob, close your eyes, hold your nose and vote.

It won't matter who as they all stink.

I just don't think trump is taking hits out

Jim Hoft on Newsmax TV: You Saw Trump Lifting Cases of Food. I?d Like to See Hillary Try That, Just Once (VIDEO)

The GatewayPundit.com founder, conservative activist and investigative reporter Jim Hoft and libertarian columnist Kristin Tate joined Steve Malzberg on Newsmax TV to to take some viewer calls and talk about (President) Donald Trump?s trip to Louisiana to assist the flood victims.

Louisiana flood victims were thrilled to see Donald Trump and Mike Pence visit them in Baton Rouge on Friday.
They greeted Donald Trump like a rock star.
jim Hoft told Steve Malzberg:

?
Two years ago to this today Steve, the tragedy where James Foley beheaded by ISIS. Obama made a quick statement and headed to the golf course. Today we see the same thing. Nothing?s changed. Louisiana is flooded with this historic flood and Obama is again, once again, out of the golf course?

?She?s taking off like three days now. Her next event isn?t scheduled until Sunday. So again these rumors about her health they really ring true. You saw Donald Trump today lifting cases of food. I sure would like to see Hillary Clinton try that just once.

ANTI-TRUMP, CNN LIBERAL HOST MAKES FOOL OF HERSELF

CNN?s Dana Bash tries to slam Donald Trump by pushing a false narrative about Trump and his visit to the flood zone in Louisiana, but the governor of the state shuts her down. In this must see, must share clip, Gov. John Bel Edwards praises Donald Trump and Mike Pence for their visit on Friday, thus, leaving Bash looking like the biased, Anti-Trump reporter she is.

Bob,

You may in fact think that Trump is a raving lunatic, unhinged and bipolar.

But, as opposed to him as you may be, you're on the wrong side:

Donald Trump may or may not fix his campaign, and Hillary Clinton may or may not become the first female president. But something else happening before our eyes is almost as important: the complete collapse of American journalism as we know it.
The frenzy to bury Trump is not limited to the Clinton campaign and the Obama White House. They are working hand in hand with what was considered the cream of the nation?s news organizations.
The shameful display of naked partisanship by the elite media is unlike anything seen in modern America.
The largest broadcast networks ? CBS, NBC and ABC ? and major newspapers like the New York Times and Washington Post have jettisoned all pretense of fair play. Their fierce determination to keep Trump out of the Oval Office has no precedent.
Indeed, no foreign enemy, no terror group, no native criminal gang suffers the daily beating that Trump does. The mad mullahs of Iran, who call America the Great Satan and vow to wipe Israel off the map, are treated gently by comparison.

Trump & The Pope

Seeking a weekend break from his campaign rallies; Donald Trump jetted to his yacht, which was docked off the coast of Italy. He invited Pope Francis and the press corps on board for a Saturday afternoon cruise. It was a rather windy day. The Pope's little hat, his zucchetto, was blown from his head and into the water.

A crewman began lowering a boat to retrieve the zucchetto. Trump told the crewman not to bother. Trump climbed down the yacht's ladder; walked across the waves, picked up the zucchetto; walked back to the yacht and handed it to the Pope. The Pope and the press corps were amazed!
Donald Trump could actually walk on water!

Speculation immediately began as to how ABC, CNN, NBC, ABC, The Washington Post and New York Times would report this miraculous event to the rest of the world.

The next morning the New York Times headline read . . . .

DONALD TRUMP CAN'T SWIM!!!

the week went fast back home last night to refuel ...thought I would escape the news in the Lesser Antilles fishing but this junk was on every hotel channel ...best place was on the beach or casino where there was no TV news just sports betting lines & Cricket matches.

If I was a Trump supporter listening to the Flounder flap his view on the black subject sounding like a politician ...its really RONALD speaking & getting his turn "say it ain't so . What is the Republican voter to believe ?

Ya think? This country is cooked and headed to decay...and now they are going to put 'Nero 2' in the White house.
