Absolutely amazing!

Never thought they'd have made it this far, and the way they've done it has been fun to watch!

certainly a lot of similarities in the sense of the core young team, great relief.

still need another clutch young starter to go along with Sev.

Baseball observations: I think the key to teams is based on a core of 15 players; 8 positions (excl AL), 2 key subs, 4 starters and a closer; for this year, there wasn't one game that the Mets had their key 15 healthy together;
I think Francona deserves to be considered a terrific manager...but had a 3-1 lead in last year's series and lost 3 straight and this year 2-0 lead and lost 3 straight; just sayin'
And the Nats...I am a Mets fan but this is a really good team that can't win in post season and I think they sorely lack veteran leadership; their star plays like a spoiled brat who thinks bat tossing, hair flipping and celebrating his own events is leadership; and it isn't;the team does,not have another candidate; Harper needs to watch the other 3 of the game's best...Trout, Altuve and Arenado to see what selfless leadership is all about....but by then he will have signed with Yankees for 300 million

Francona definitely is in a choke streak, maybe he used up his mojo with Boston

And Dusty is just snakebit in the post season

I also agree about Harper and just PRAY the yanks dont decide they need him for box office draw. I mean, after thus year, their season ticket sales will go through rhe rood and they are going to have some young studs they will need to pay if they want to KEEP that core together

And the Mets need a full time trauma team on staff to try and field a full team next year

I don't know if Dusty is snakebit or the Team just doesn't have it when it counts; and knowing the Yankees they would love Judge and Harper together; and this post season has given us a chance to watch Altuve and be totally impressed...at 5'6"...maybe; what a player
