I personally enjoy catching bluefish & occasionally harvesting one. I think it's a damn shame when there is a great bluefish bite/run & all the pics of fisherman keeping there 15 fish limit in the sand on a hot day just for publicity on social media. Those fish are already spoiled. And if you do get them on ice quick enough, 99% of people keeping 15 big blues will not use that meat before it spoils.
Smaller blues 4"-14" I can understand...but the big ones 24"+, who really needs/can use 15?
