Fished Father's day morning 6:30-10 in NoMoCo.
Finally hooked and landed 1st striper of any kind at that locale. A healthy 32" for the dinner table. Not much beyond that other than the requisite "things with wings".
Lately it's been trash except for the occasional blue blitz.

Not really. Oh wait, you mean "trash" as in trash trash people leave on the ground?

IBSP today from 12-4. Nada! Fished Gillies and then took the ride from A7 to the jetty a couple of times. The wind was honking from the south. I didn't see anything caught.

I fished the hot zone as of late...bunker was all over the place but a bit of range. I grabbed some dinner and then the clouds rolled in so I quit for the night. Hopefully I'll be back out again tomorrow.

Went out off of spring lake, the hotel, sunday after the storm. Found the bunker. Hooked up with a beefy blue and about a 26 pound pound bass who I let swim for another day. Few minutes later I had a bass drive my bunker to the top of the water. Knocked it off the treble. Saw him going to town on it afterwards. Then my dad takes the pencil popper and launches it. Perfect cast. Pretty much hit him in the face with it. He went after that popper like it was nobodies business. Sent it atleast 4 feet in the air and hit it twice but no hook up.

All in all, one blue, one bass, and two run offs. Not a bad day.

Sick Stupid Silly Crazy fishing.

I got a twenty two, had a hit from a very, very big fish. She straightened a 4X VMC in under 2 seconds. My drag went off like an air raid siren and it was over. Very big fish. DJ's wife saw it.

Just insane stuff. I know of some regular contributors who bested a recent personal best. I saw several 40+ pound fish.

I still cant belive I walk off the beach with a 22 pound bass that I caught and released and I am dissapointed. Crazy sick silly fishing.

I was in on it after you left until about 9:00pm. The bunker thinned out some after some a charter came in and started netting bait. The bite remained somewhat steady though. One guy beached a 50lber. Most of the other bass were in the 20-30lb range. I had two that were released, and landed a 35+ (estimated) in close proximity on Sunday. What a week so far!!!

One word to describe today: unreal. There was one pod of fish that at one point extended several blocks. And it happened right in the middle of the day...I was on the beach after I saw all the bunker chillin about 100 yards off and as if someone turned on a switch they came swimming as fast as they could to the beach, and didn't leave for hours. Unreal...what's also unbelievable is the amount of people who don't work 9-5, there were hundreds upon hundreds of people on the beach by 3.

I would love to see New Jersey Gross State Product numbers for June and May, cause there are so many people not working.

I was talking to this AMAZINGLY beautiful girl in a teeny bikini when the fish came in as BBM described. Soon the beach was crowded. The cute girl looked confused. She had never been around sooo many men.....who could care-a-less if she existed or not. She had to move cause she was in the way.

So are bass more powerful than money and sex? It appears so. Of course if you are an unemployed person who needs cialis it could explain alot.
