As everyone should be aware...the MSFV's must carry MANDATORY equipment.

"Must have personal fishing gear (rod, reel, line, hooks and bait/lures."

SO....if it's already in the vehicle....and if the Subaru doesn't need a tow
.....and if all the videos and photos are taken care of....maybe I'll toss out something....and maybe I won't (if my hands are cold)

Don't know what everyone else is doing.
Best bet will be that there will probably be a "caravan" down to the inlet (and back) with everyone having their shovels at the ready

bOb....ski

That's pretty much it and depending on how deep Mike gets, dig him out or bury him.

The Forester is loaded and ready to go with an extra tow strap and shovel which I hope I'll never have to use........

We had fun. Forester made it from 23 to the inlet and back to 7 without any strain.

... Had great time today. Like to thank crawdad-flipper (Bob), Frank, Jess and Bob for all their advice.

Only saw one brave enough today to wet a line.

Great adventure pop! But the sand was frozen at 20 degrees. It's been proven by Bill Kaneely at the weather channel that almost any vehicle can drive on sand in those conditions. The real test has to be when it's sunny and 70 degrees and a day that I'm off to fish I mean witness it; -)
