he's been ok, not a total bust.
but when you have flyswatter bats, what difference does it make?
Yanks are dumping ARoid (finally) and will put a few others on waivers very soon.
Total, 100%, firesale and rebuilding. First time I've seen it since the days when the Boss spent time in jail. Which reminds me, maybe another boss going to jail will help our country rebuild? But I digress....

Re: Yanks / Mets
If you watched the Boston / Dodgers last night you would have cheered your azz off for NJ Rob Segeden of ( Old Tappan HS ) made Dodger history ( 4 RBI ) MLB debut . Great story very exciting for this good guy who almost retired last year .

Re: Yanks / Mets
Is Terry Colls so gung-ho on a W.S. Championship that players arms are runined. There might be some history to this .

Re: Yanks / Mets
the Mets will look back on the season and see being swept by the Braves and having 9 games vs Arizona and San Diego and going 2-7. They split with Braves and go 6-3 vs other 2 and those 6 wins put them 3 1/2 behind Nats and in clear wild card lead. Those were games they needed to and should have won; but my issue is the concerns about the young pitchers

Re: Yanks / Mets
The Yanks will ruin young Sanchez like the Mets Confordo in # 3 hole . 5-6 is where he should be . Pitchers will figure is out quickly .

Re: Yanks / Mets
I don't think either of them are "ruined"... they will have to learn about making adjustments and big league pitchers.
It's not like blowing out young pitchers arms, right?
